Who is the controller
The controller of your data is the owner of this website, identified in the legal notice. For any data protection matter you can write to:
What we collect, and what we do not
- From the contact form: the name and email address you type, and your message. Nothing else.
- From the server: your IP address and technical connection data are kept in the server log, as on any website. They serve to keep the service running and to spot security problems.
- We do not track your browsing, we have no analytics, we do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions about you.
What we use it for and on what legal basis
- To reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form before sending it.
- To prepare a quote or provide a service, if you ask for one. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual dealings.
- To keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- We will not use your email to send you marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.
How long we keep it
Contact messages, for as long as needed to answer them and, if work follows, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs, for the hosting provider’s usual period. When a piece of data is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Who else has access
Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is accessed only by the providers needed to run the service, who process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Webempresa Europa, S.L.. The company that hosts the website and the email. Its servers are in the European Union.
- And public authorities, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
We make none. Should that ever change, it would be stated here and the safeguards required by the GDPR would apply.
Your rights
You can exercise these rights by writing to us. We will reply within one month at the latest:
- Access: find out what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Restriction: ask us to keep it but stop using it.
- Portability: receive it in a format you can take with you.
- Objection: ask us to stop processing it.
- And withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting what was done before.

Security
The site is served encrypted over HTTPS and we apply reasonable measures to protect the data. No measure is foolproof, though: if there were ever a breach that could affect you, we would tell you.
Minors
This website is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
